Gary Gibbon, MD, is a graduate of the University of Cape Town Medical School and Groote Schuur Hospital. Dr. Gibbon completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Harvard affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He then completed Fellowships in Pulmonary Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and in Allergy and Immunology at UCLA/West Los Angeles VA Hospital and Children’s Hospital of LA. Dr. Gibbon is Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and is actively involved in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. He has been in private practice in the Santa Monica area since 1990.
Dr. Gibbon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is also Board Certified in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine.
